In my free time I enjoy learning about the human experience and personal development. I am a strong believer that learning never stops and with the additional information we learn as the years pass, causing the way we think and make decisions to change as well. It’s a proven scientific fact our tastebuds change every 10 days, and that our thought processes change every 3 to 4 weeks. I enjoy defining my core values as they change over the years, meditating, journaling, reflecting and doing a self audit of my current and desired habits. When I am not coaching I am listening to podcasts and audiobooks, reading, watching ted talks, learning about the psychology of the brain or recording podcasts! I value shared knowledge and that is what inspired me to become a life coach, so I can share all the knowledge I have accumulated to impact someone else’s life and make it easier and more efficient.
With the constant ups and downs of life it is important to find balance, balance in all aspects of life, between personal and professional, adventure and financial, social and family, personal development and relaxation, and health/fitness and rest.





With the constant and immense amount of content in the media flooding you at every second of the day, it is important to find a grounding. A grounding in your own self, values and beliefs to be able to trust and make your own decisions properly. Starting is not hard! How much a time do you spend on social media a day? Rather than mindlessly scrolling through content you most likely won’t remember on social media and could possibly be false news, I recommend dedicating that time or at-least an hour per day on self development. You can pick any skill, hobby or interest to study, research and learn more about. It will not only increase your personal brand, but set you ahead of your peers and give you a sense of accomplishment achieving your goals.
